The second step after dusting your oriental rugs, is we then put your rug into a Rug bath and its pre cleaned in the BEST ECO-Friendly products available on the market and then this is scrubbed by our state of the art special buffer machine to remove grease and remaining bits of dirt (this depends on the type of rug we clean). During this step one of our fully qualified technicians will inspect the rug for any stains that can be removed then we will specially treat this using our ECO-Friendly spotters.

Step 3. The Fringe Cleaning & Treatment:

During the third step we will then inspect the fringe of the rug checking for any stains or dirt, if so we will hand clean your fringe because the fringe is the most delicate part of your oriental rug and this process will need special treatment this will be done a couple of times if necessary.

Step 4. Centrifuge Drying Machine Drying To Dryness:

During step four after we have inspected the rug and made sure it is thoroughly rinsed we will then begin the drying process of your oriental rug using a massive machine called the centrifuge drying drum this removes 99% of the water left in your rug making it almost dry as soon as its been in. This process is done to avoid any colour runs on your rug if you do not know what that is its basically where all the colours of your rug clash together and this can damage your beloved rug.

The Final Process Is Drying and Packaging With Delivering To You in Mind:

The final step of the Rug Shampooing process is after your oriental rug has finished drying 100% we will give it one final inspection and when were happy with it we will then package it up in a plastic wrapping then deliver it straight to your door so you don’t have to move a muscle.
